Amanda’s home-based fitness training – PT On Wheels- has added another, and welcome, addition to my regular fitness training.

The relationship she had established with me is one of trust, openness and reliability. Without such a relationship, I doubt that I would continue to pursue my personal fitness to the level Ia.

At all times, I have found Amanda to be an effective communicator who is both encouraging and empathetic in her training.

She provides a challenging but realistic program which has pushed me to higher achievement levels yet takes account of my age (60) and personal circumstances which may affect program goals (such as holiday breaks).

Because of her professional background and personality, I have found Amanda to be a good motivator who researches broadly but applies her knowledge with a true personal touch.

Thanks to her work with me, I am now running distances and times which I never thought I could and feeling stronger overall.

She tailored programs for me which provide ongoing feedback and have led to incremental improvements. She has also shared her wider knowledge on nutrition and general well-being (such as information about age-related bone density exercises).

In summary, I consider myself fortunate to have Amanda as my personal fitness trainer with a range of skills and a commitment to clients’ needs which keeps me focused on becoming and remaining fit to enjoy life.

Hi, my name is Mark and I have been going to PT On Wheels for 6 months now and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Amanda’s drive and personality makes the jobs of losing weight and increasing fitness a much more enjoyable experience.

Amanda has been my personal trainer for over 2 years, first at the gym and now, conveniently at home. As PT on Wheels Amanda brings the ‘gym’ in the boot of her car!

I am 59 and have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. So weight bearing exercise and muscle strength are very important for me.

With Amanda’s help my fitness has improved so much that I am now able to enjoy long bush walks with my husband again and I feel much stronger.

I am working on improving my fitness even more and reducing my weight to feel as fit and healthy as I can and I know I will achieve my goals with Amanda’s help.

Amazing Amanda, amazingly motivational, individually tailored programs from boxing to fit ball to weights to whatever “stretching” activity Amanda can think of.

Just when you think you have reached your limit a foxy smile creeps across Amanda’s face and she talks you into more.

I have had great success, lost 6 kgs in 6 months, and 60 plus cms all over. I leave each session with the endorphins racing.
