  • Ongoing individual training programs
  • Group sessions
  • Once off consultations
  • Programs which are modified as you progress
  • Programs tailored to medical conditions (e.g. arthritis)
  • Programs suited to cardio-fitness, toning or weight loss
  • Programs which consider the whole person – healthy eating, stress management, well being and lifestyle
  • One on one sessions or in group programs (buddies) if preferred

PT on Wheels is not a bootcamp style training program. Definitely no ranting and raving!
