As a personal trainer, Amanda will take you through a process which includes:
- Initial consultation discussing goals – what you wish to achieve. Long term/short term goals are established
- Set up a program for you which may include out of session training
- One on one session either at your home or Amanda’s studio. Sessions are either ½ hour or 1 hour in duration
- Monitor progress in roughly a six week cycle depending on the goals you have set. Amanda will work out what your strengths and weaknesses are
- Re-establish new goals and help you stay motivated. Establish ways you can maintain your new you!
